ORF Expansion Joint Cover IIS SJ LG series is manufactured from heavy duty T6063 Aluminium alloy and is designed to withstand impact and wear caused due to Trolleys and Pedestrian movements.

IJS SJ LG series Expansion Joint Covers are installed between concrete floors, ceramic tiles or marbles or any other type recessed flooring.

Product manufactured in Floor to Floor and Floor to wall type designs.

• IJS SJ LG Cover plate series joint cover is suitable for locations where there are heavy Trolleys, Pedestrian or SEISMIC movements
  
• Joint opening range – from 50mm until 300mm
  
• Cost effective design -in regular use over 25 years
  
• Product designed to POP-OUT in case of abnormal movements during SEISMIC activities
  
• Product designed with load bearing plate in the center
  
• Bearing plate connected to the aluminium profiles with locator turn strips
  
• Locator turn strips accommodates vertical and horizontal movements. In addition the locator strips aligns the joint assembly
  
• Bearing plate thickness can range from 3mm to 5mm depending on load values
  
• The assembly shall be directly anchored to the floor with mechanical anchors.
  
• For Water-tight requirements ORF compression seals EJSWB & EJSWBI series or EPDM moisture barriers may be applied.
